Send Teamview invitation to offline users


How do I send Teamview invitation to offline users?
In the case that the invitee is not online at the time, Moderators can send a Teamview invitation to an offline user by providing that user's email address. Then the invitee will receive an email with Moderator's message and the mapview URL.
By the following steps, you can send a Teamview invitation to offline users:
Manage users
Click button in the Teamview window, the Offline user management panel displays. Click
button to display all the available email users.
Icon introduction:
To search an email user, fill in the keywords and click the button.
To add a new user, click the button, the Address Book panel displays. Fill in the information fields, click
button.
To update an email user, click to select a user, click the button.
To delete an email user, click to select a user, click the button.
Add an offline user from the user list
Select a user from the user list, click button, the user's detailed information will display.
Click button again, the email user will be added to the invitation list.
Add a temporary offline user
A temporary offline user can also be added by filling in the email address directly in Email field, and name the temporary offline user, then click button, the user will be added to the left selected user list.
Send the Teamview invitation to offline users
Check to select the offline user, change the default message as needed.
Click button, an email will be sent to the offline user. In the email, there is a mapview address, the Moderator's mapview will open if the invitee clicks.
